Exchange/Return Information
- If the product differs from the description or advertisement, or if there is a defect such as wrong delivery, damage, or expiration, you can request an exchange or refund within 3 months from the date of receipt.
- To verify defects, please take photos of the issue and contact customer service.
- For issues that can be checked immediately upon receipt (missing items, damage, etc.), contact within 7 days for processing.
- Even if there are no defects, unopened and unused products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Compensation for other product defects is handled according to the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards (KFTC).
Non-returnable Items
- Fresh/refrigerated/frozen foods may not be returned or exchanged for personal reasons.
- Products contaminated or damaged due to improper storage cannot be returned.
- Products that have been used or partially consumed cannot be returned.
- Products whose packaging has been opened and used, making resale impossible, cannot be returned. (Opening to check contents is an exception.)
- Products that have significantly lost value over time and cannot be resold cannot be returned.
Exchange/Return Handling
- If a defect or wrong delivery is confirmed, the seller bears the return shipping cost.
- For returns due to personal reasons, a restocking fee of ₩6,000 may apply, and the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
- Exchanges and returns are processed individually after prior notice to customer service.
- If returned without prior notice, exchange or refund may be restricted.

Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order directly in [Order List > Order Details].
- If the order is [In Delivery], cancellation is not possible; you must process it through a return request. (Some products may be restricted.)

Payment Cancellation/Refund
- Refunds are processed based on the payment amount within approximately 3 business days.
- Restoration of points or coupons may vary depending on the terms of each benefit.
- Refund timing may vary depending on the payment method and agency policy; contact the payment agency for details.

- Hallie acts as an intermediary for online transactions and is not the seller.
